Maybe something like Takt gave her a weird condition that Riku has to be the one to betray him or do it with her so that she can be free/break up with him (which works in Shizuku's favor because she loves Riku but Riku betraying his friend is less likely).
I honestly think there is much more to Takt than this story is "not" letting on ...
