    That...makes a lot of sense, actually. Yeah, I would love nothing more than Pauliana coming clean and telling Lucius that she's pregnant with his child, and thus the two of them becoming a loving couple, but the fact is that if word gets out of her pregnancy, pretty much all of her accomplishments will be perceived as fake. She would no longer be the first female royal knight, but just Lucius' lover.
