yeah, he tried to make a sense of motion by drawing the lines but there's to many of them, manga like bleach have completely white backgrounds but at least it doesn't attack your eyes with lines
Tell it to the author. This guy has entirely lost the ability to be subtle at this point, with every character being warped into some garbage redpill talking point. What is even the point of the vampire? The author was feeling extra triggered by #metoo that day?
