This is a weird combination of a somewhat-decent action isekai but with terrible visual demonstration and usual harem but with a yandere threat. The plot is not going anywhere really, most ppl are just here for the "plot".

Fun fact: I checked the LN and compared it to the raw, the manga is going in a forked direction (White tiger in LN is a pepsi dude). So there might be a better outcome for the yandere sister's fans - personally, I'd prefer it stay the same.
