The only thing that "pricked" me was how they turned from real Yakuza to goody-two shoes and friends and whatnot so suddenly, without any kind of indicator (at the end). And how they just suddenly changed the image of the boss from a badass, ruthless guy to a naive, justice loving person (like you'll see in a manga where MC has authority). Doesn't bring the 10/10 rating down, anyway. It's just that, they should have taken the 'relationship building' and 'character development' a little slowly.
