I'm Quitting the Hero's Party

I think due to so many multiple series pick up at once and varying tastes too many people are into instant gratification. The romance is fine and even great with how paced it is and how it takes its time. Especially with it (as many others have pointed out) not being the main focus in this MEDICAL manga about medical care and radiology. It is taking its time really building characters and relationships whether romantic or not. It's not mediocre it's just your expectations are focused on the wrong thing. The romance is like 15-30% of draw at most. Especially with how in depth they go into the medical drama aspect.

its alright (not the best word here) nothing groundbreaking tries to be what it isnt sometimes but isnt bad id say its a solid average 5.0 manga that feels like it could maybe be good but i get the feeling it tries to be what it isnt

A lot of these comments read like they're from dudes who came here because of the harem tag and then got disgusted that it was *reverse* harem. Like that in itself is what makes it 'trash'. And since the comments that didn't sound like they came from harem-hunting dudes didn't give any specifics about why they thought it was trash, I had to give it a read. I read the first volume's worth (which I think was 5 chapters).

Speaking as someone who really enjoys both reverse harem and vampires (including sexy vampires), I can't really recommend it. It's so bland and cliche. The characters have no real personalities (especially the female MC), and there’s no chemestry at all in the ‘romance’.

I do kind of get gothic, 'Beauty and the Beast' vibes (by which I mean the original book, not the movie). But I think the story spends so much time trying to be mysterious and alluring that it doesn't give us enough to actually get interested.

its something about crazed, battle-hungry type of characters I'll never fail to love in manga, shikimori just got added to that list
