the line between good or bad people isn't clear and hasn't been set yet. and it doesn't focus on the mc so much, making the supporting characters have a bigger impact.
Despite what people say about the art being not great I love this series.
Sure the art is not as crisp as some manhwa out there but it doesn’t need to be either since this series is a slower paced story with politics and development with a lot of world building unlike the action fantasy stuff which has eyegasm level art.
The MC is also intelligent and doesn’t have the cliche harem (as of yet) and has his priorities straight which is amazingly a rare trait these days.
Needless to say I enjoyed how the series was written, although the time skips get confusing sometimes I enjoy watching jared and what is essentially his kingdom at this point grow.
(Also rooting for haze to be his wife/queen and hoping it happens in due time.)
