Despite how silly it was this is probably one of the best chapters recently where we can see what Noa actually thinks and feels about her current life.
She's really a lonely woman, she had bad experiences and was left hurt and disappointed this is why in her mind simply a good friendship is good enough for her.

I was so afraid that the blonde loli was going to be a generic love-interest, but holy shit she's an interesting, fucked-up character in her own right.
All in all what we have so far is an interesting, complex no-nonsense main character. A mysterious female lead, an intriguing setting, well-written cast of selfish survival-first characters you'd expect to find in a post-apocalyptic world and an action-packed story. This is pure fire and I'm enjoying it very much.
It can go anywhere from here and I can't wait to find out.

I seem to remember a chapter where the mom takes Ruri to see her dragon father and the father gives her a ride on his back and flies through the sky. However, when i reread the series there was no part wherein that happened. Am i going crazy or is that a different manga with a relatively close concept?
