I know you've heard it a hundred times already, but the anime doesn't do the series justice. Especially with the complexity of the main character.

Honestly don’t read it. Mad repetitive with tons of plot points dropped because idk why. The whole premise is to raid tombs based on historical factoids while fighting the world government and a Korean megacorp. If you so much as remember the relics he makes a big deal of collecting, you will be immensely disappointed when it turns out they stop showing up. This series genuinely feels like filler at many points. This could have been <300 I think. Still gonna finish it because sunk cost and allat

I can't wait to see what kind of crazy trion soldiers the different squads cook up. I suspect Kuga and Hyuse would have an edge on that front since they'll have way more experience with the state of the wider Neighborhood war meta, though how willing they would be to actually divulge any of that data through this assignment is another question altogether. The ability to customize things via Trion has been one of the most enticing ideas from the start (I'm even looking at simple mods like Konami's Sogetsu Axe, etc.).
