stop being hypocritical this shit is nothing compared to those shota shit out there with a 3 years old boy having extreme illicit relationships with multiple demons, elves well over 1000s of years old
Oh god. STAHP. Wait no, I mean keep going. This whole series could just be Zagan and his family. Chilling learning or just playing around and my ADHD ass would sit and read all day long.
Gotta love when a mangaka knows his shit, you can feel the tides turning every other chapter and the aura of doubt and mistrust on every page. You feel the stakes and consequences of good and bad decisions. This is about strategy and it shows... and the art isn't half bad either.
I've missed good Isekai like this for a while, ever since Slice-of-Life plagued the genre.
I dont like how the plot progressed. Just because ash was born blessed by a literal god, she was destined to gain everything, even without trying. And just because amaryllis was born an antagonist, she was forced to be evil and lose everything she once had. Like, why did everything have to be decided on birth? Why must nature prevail over nurture?
Amaryllis didnt want to be evil, but she just was. She was forced into the role of the villain by the entire plot; never given any choice nor screen time to do good. Told that she was the light, yet never able to overcome her nature as the antagonist.
I pity amaryllis. They really need to do some bullshit reincarnation or isekai to give her a chance. To give her a chance to overcome her nature, and become the shining light of the country even as powerless as she is.
