Man I am going to on a bit of a tangent, but TL work is a voluntary work, nobody pays you or anything like that, it's a hobby. But just because it's a hobby it doesn't mean that you won't get shit if you do shit work. For at least 5 chapters I had absolutely no idea what was going on. I would have understood nothing less if I was just looking at the raws. That's something even worse than the machine translation.
