Love the stuff about medicine and surgery. But the scenarios where MC does certain procedures are very far-fetched. And how the Joseon era people just easily accept all his knowledge and modern tools/medicine from his infinitely replenishing magical medical bag is... hard to get behind.
Author loves to have every other person be a stubborn person and that gets annoying very quickly. Like a father who doesn't let MC see the sick patient because of old-fashioned beliefs. Or the governor who ignores MC's saying not to gather people just cause he doesn't want to change his plans is beyond exasperating.Sadly the MC just goes along with these stubborn people and that's just even worse seeing.
Great read if you can get beyond the fantasy medicine concepts and annoying characters.
