    The lack or armor in both armies helps his fighting style greatly since fights last as long as 1-3 exchanges. Maybe when they get around to even the basics of armor he will change to a shield as the fights last longer. I'd like to believe he has an uncanny sense of his immediate surroundings which can capitalize on having a weapon on both sides in the middle of a battlefield where nobody has armor.
    Regardless, your statement is right and dual wielding swords sucks. At least they are short swords though so not as much *tink tink* lol.
