    I will warn that it's not really exciting.. At first it felt kinda slow and pointless, because there's no big conflicts or genuinely difficult situations, no villains or stakes. That's not to say there isn't drama, but it's very mundane. That's not a bad thing though. Some manga try to shoehorn in unnecessary conflict to draw the reader's attention, but here you just want to see what these people get up to. And most of the drama is resolved pretty quickly and in a very wholesome way. I'd say it's almost diabetically sweet if not for a kind of looming unease that comes with the community trying to hold on to their old ways while the new pushes in. Not sure if that will actually manifest though.

    Also they talk about sake a lot. Real world stuff. So if you're into that, then this is for you I guess.

    Overall I'd highly recommend it if you're into Japanese life and culture. The quality is top notch and it's surprisingly enjoyable to read.
