He can just quit his job whenever and pursue something else. 45 Chapters in and there's no explanation for his transmigration, nor who he was previous. He just woke up in this world and fit right in immediately. Easily gained encyclopedic knowledge of the types of astral pets. Nothing is truly at stake to get the reader invested. His personality is "I hate studying" and "if I see BS I won't let it slide" generic shit.
