Sorry, I didn't need to see the MC turn into a revenge-obsessed edgelord against someone he could have stopped at any time. Making a master plan to torment a bad person before killing them just because you can doesn't make you a hero, it makes you look utterly pathetic, regardless of what the in-universe sycophants say.
Also there is sort of romance but it gets barely any page time. Don't go into this series expecting romance.

Romance is supposedly one of the genres of this manga, but by chapter 30, I have seen no signs that our protagonist even wants romance.
I also find it a bit frustrating that our protagonist can brew a potion to restore his youth, but simply chooses not to. The problems of age repeatedly come up, such as severe muscle pain, inability to pull all-nighters, and seemingly being at a disadvantage when facing off against younger opponents of a similar level to himself.
In the WN, the part where they planned to kill Charlotte, Haruto let them see their bodies walking around without their heads. When Haruto learnt that his biological mother hired them to assassinate Charlotte, he was so mad that he killed all the assassins instantly, went to the castle, did the same to his biological mother, and used that shackles to be the item to connect her head and her body. Therefore, if she opened the shackle by force, her head would tumble down the ground.
Also, the recent incident in chapter 36, in the WN, he also did something cruel to the boy, but I don't know if this will be shown in the manga or not, so I won't say it. Well, I don't remember the boy injected himself, so this manga might be following the LN.
