To be honest, I find their match up to be wild, unexpected and a fun ride to witness till the end!

it's meh. The main women characters all have the moral compass of modern day women which just doesn't feel immersive, the world building is non-existent and very generic. Most character act immaturely. If you just want a fantasy read to turn your brain off to this could work.

Dude it's a manga, of course it's going to show a very rose-tinted view of the industry. You have no factual reason to believe it's any better in Japan than it is anywhere else.
