The only potential negative might be the at times questionable translation, but it is completely legible.
The art is very decent and The MC is a nice person' he grow as a doctor quite a lot, and the translation does have a few hiccup' yet everything is understandable, even the glossary of medical terms with explanations of drugs/bacteries/medical research is really helpful. Everytime I read a chapter I think if doctor house was being possessed by the doctor from the Good doctor you obtain this MC.
The story is interesting and at least there is a reason the MC obtains a system to assist his growth.
Sadly the quality of the translation is just subpar.
Repeat sentences, random words and poor grammar are the norm.
