    Mashima’s manga, with the exception of rave master, are usually pretty bad, but this one feels like it’s missing its foundation for it to ground its logic in from the get-go, while trying to mask it with a lot of edge. It’s the worst of the bunch and I feel Mashima will lose sight of what he wants to do with this far sooner than the rest with how loose the setting and premise are.
