This is not a good manga. I expected it to be focused more on the hero hiding his identity but he's telling everyone he's the hero on a first occasion. The harem assembles itself at lightning fast speed and it happens absolutely randomly. There is no legitimate reason for any female heroine to join the hero but by chapter 3 he's already has 3 different girls by his side. And the worst part I keep reading it.

Only reason for him to be dragon is to explain away his super-top-op-he-can-kill-gods skills without straight up god giving it to them like literally every other isekai manga. Because Mangaka wanted a being that could kill gods he invented a dragon
