Kosumo has faced a severe medical condition that has required her hospitalization since childhood. Her blood type is exceptionally rare, making it nearly impossible to locate a suitable donor. On the brink of death, Kosumo's fate intertwines with Himiko-sama's, the 99th Generation Miko, in the city. Himiko gets involved in a serious accident while attempting to save a child and is urgently taken to the hospital. There, their paths cross. The hospital staff discovers that Himiko shares the same rare blood type as Kosumo. Given that Himiko is not expected to survive the accident, they decide to use her as a donor.
