like, would it have been so hard to instead just make Rinka grateful for Oshio saving her life, not only making her an ally but also another wingman? Instead we got a love triangle in the works, and that trope is been so overdone at this point.
Ghost/Stone type. It even used Rollout!
Without her, a lot of plot holes wouldn't exist, a lot of the story and other, actually important characters could have been fleshed out.
It's been running since 2017 and we know shockingly little about their main country, the surrounding countries for something that tries to be all political and world building focused. We also know fuck all about most characters aside from the shallow 1 dimensional personalities they portray.
I honestly question if it didn't have the "hook" of a big titty chocolate waifu in another world, would anyone even bother with this?
It had some sweet moments, but those happened 3-4 years ago at this point.
The plot is to achieve his goals, and he will do anything regardless of how much it would make him a "villan". Didnt you read the whole slavery bit? In that shit, it portrays the main character as someone with deeeeeep deeep connections in the underworld, and someone who would do anything; fucking anything to be at the top. During that arc, he is seen as a downright evil and unforgiving person by the side characters.
