    Ford really needs to start learning how to act like a FATHER, though, not a buddy.  When your kid is being abused and is hiding secrets, you don't sit around on your ass letting her stay silent because it's "scary" to talk about it.  You get her to tell you what the hell is going on, because you're her goddamn father, you know what's best for her.
