I like the contrast of the simple character designs with how detailed the environments are.  Nihei's style has changed so much from when he started and there's a lot of distinct style in every era of his art. However saying all that I wouldn't say Tower Dungeon's art truly pops or stands out. It is just consistently well crafted and paced. There's a lot of good stuff out there that is distinct. Popular stuff even like Dandadan and Gachiakuta. Which imo stand out a lot more.

Chapter 1 impressions its Mid to bad had a interesting premise but it kinda threw it away its really generic there was too much character development for chapter 1 plus the development was unnatural and corny not to mention the character or any thing in this chapter had zero nuance, its also not the good type of generic its pretty corny. if ur looking for a decent written manga dont pick this up but if ur looking for something generic to turn ur mind off and just enjoy the art is good and I like the mcs design otherwise doesnt seem worth it hopefully it gets better
