200 chapters in - its great honestly. Has a lot of action and interesting storyline. Romance is slightly touched on once in a while but its basically non existent. Something that felt lacking from the story was that in a world that could have so many different type of relics the writers could be really creative with Jooheon and use them in some clever ways. He does do that but still only uses about 10-20 relics from his collection of hundreds.

Taunade is Kanaka's true soul but because of the complex possession that happened to her, I theorize, that during her death and apparent resurrection her soul suffered heavy damage, her true essence did progress to the land of the dead but much of her power and memories stayed with the "Kanaka" that was resurrected by the amasogi.

The "Kanaka" that is the problem is kinda complicated, one because we don't know every detail of what makes her, and two because what we do know proves that there are many forces and personal problems rolled into that package.
