Redraw is uneeded. The anime follows the manga art almost 1 to 1 and that allows them to be creative with facial and body animations.

... Just saying, but, isn't it "reverse NTR" at this point? The background is basically NTR situations, but in the end, the MC saves all the girls... So, in fact, he prevents NTR tho. I mean, to have NTR, you need a relationship between lovers to be NTR'd...

So far, this is more like the kind of situation where MC knows stuff beforehand, and choose to avoid bad ends for the girls. MC literally cancel everything from his "manga" to happen in this "new world" he's in ! >_<
