I can't help but chuckle at the character contradictions. One moment Ain is all like "I would rather not look down on people as subjects" then the next he's flexing Royal Authority without even a hint of remorse. It's a fun little story though, from how the character interactions look, he's probably gonna have a lot of wives.

I think it's the pacing of the plot it started to go slow but I think this is happening because the author is trying think of a good way of the fight between the demons and the witches
