Arisawa Atsushi enrolls at Jougaoka High School to be closer to Shibata Masami, his childhood crush. However, unbeknownst to Atsushi, Masami no longer works there. Instead, it's Masami's brother, Masayoshi, who is now the school nurse. Mistaking Masayoshi for Masami, Atsushi is shocked by what seems like a complete personality change in his old crush.
