    you can read soul land 2 without spoiling soul land 1 but reading The Magic Chef of Ice and Fire or soul land 3 or 4 will spoil soul land 2. all of the manhua are ongoing so you can read them in parallel with the least # of spoilers. I would definitely recommend you start with 1 and start 2 one you have caught up but I haven't read Magic Chef, 3, or 4.
