its mainly because of how badly adapted the original anime was, a VAST VAST majority of, for example, the progressive run goes deep in the actual early world of SAO well before the establishment of the major guilds (which were intruduced pretty early in the anime)

but looking at the release frame for this one in particular it failed to do as well as progressive did, which is the best SAO spin-off based on the progressive stories, and each ''manga'' are drawn by someone else
