I wouldnt say Rys doesnt understand Flio. If anything, she just hasnt noticed that Flio changed the way he's dealing with guilt. Before he'd simply despair. Now workaholism is his coping mechanism, as a way of atonement I assume. .. The fact that he suddenly pushed Rys away should tell you he has a problem
