Kimi to Harujion

Haru Akaishi's father has just passed away, leaving him an orphan at the age of 17. It turns out his father was deeply in debt and had taken out questionable loans. Just as the Yakuza-like creditors come to collect, a mysterious lawyer named Yuuji Senoh appears, offering to handle the matter personally. It seems Mr. Senoh was someone Haru had befriended years ago when his mother was ill in the hospital, though Haru has forgotten about him. When the bank reclaims the mortgage on his house, Haru accepts Mr. Senoh's offer to live in his apartment. While Mr. Senoh claims he is only providing financial support for Haru as a minor, there might be a deeper connection between them than either initially realizes. (Source: MU)
