1. The Rainbow Saintess in chapter 60 IS the clone of Orthozora and Tara-chan's master, Lady Raksha. You can even see her silhouette in chapters 36 and 73. She managed to become a saint before being killed by Kamui.
2. Sun cult produced 'immature' clones of Carla in the hope of replicating Carla #19835 (soon-to-be Ultimatia) who gained a 'soul' after meeting Kamui. The less mature clones are more 'human' and have feelings as opposed to the usual Carla, I guess that's a sign of them having a soul.
3. Sun cult also asked for Majorca, Fu, and Ragna's blood in chapter 45 so they can study OR clone them. And I think this is how the cult gained so much power, by incorporating talented individuals through indoctrination or cloning.
