Despite the saucy plot and decent pacing, the male lead is ridiculously spineless. Like, it's outrageous I can't believe it.
He's the kind of doormat that in some situation like a stranger assaulting his sister or a friend his excuse for not doing anything would be "Wouldn't that count as interrupting? That would be very rude of me. What if the rapist gets offended?"

Needless to say this character has made me loathe this work and I'm done after 15 chapters. I can't take it anymore. The worst offense is that the manga does not try to sugar coat this (Yeah you are an spineless fuck BUT you are so nice...) or pretend this doesn't happen, the entire cast literally exists to remind him of how freaking worthless he is but there's no signs of the character ever changing. Dropped.

i think theres an implied fix exp requirement for each of his job and lvls. more likely the reason.it isnt shown in this manga cus it is kind of irelevant.
