When Akira Miyamoto discovers that his older brother, Atsushi, has gone missing, his family starts to unravel. The family business crumbles, and his father turns to alcohol. His parents frequently compare Akira to Atsushi. Adding to his troubles, Akira harbors feelings for a girl named Yuki, who is already in a relationship with his friend Ken.
One day, Akira comes across an unconscious girl outside his house. The girl, Rei Aoyama, shows Akira Atsushi's ID card and claims that Atsushi is alive but trapped on Higanjima Island, rumored to be inhabited by vampires. Akira convinces his friends to join him on a mission to rescue his brother, disguising it as a graduation celebration trip.
Upon reaching the island, they are attacked by vampires who capture everyone except Rei. However, Akira and his friends manage to escape before the vampires can drain their blood. On the island, Akira reunites with Atsushi, who reveals that the vampires are led by another vampire named Miyabi. With training from Atsushi, Akira and his friends embark on a battle against Miyabi and his vampire army to fight for their survival.
