The owner of a café that Sawawa frequently visits because she loves the parfaits they make. He is a mustachioed, dandy-looking man. In the manga, he only appeared in one frame in the background, but in the anime, he made several appearances. His role doesn't significantly impact the main story.

He has feelings for Sawawa, but she doesn't seem to understand his advances. To win her affection, he treats her to free parfaits, gives her lottery tickets, and even wanted to rename the café "Sawawa," with his gifts becoming more elaborate each time. The café's name is not mentioned in the manga, but in the anime, it is called "Dandy (伊達男)."
