The titular character of the series, she is the second princess of the royal family and the daughter of the king of all monsters. She appears as a young aristocratic woman dressed in Gothic attire. Her real name is Lillian, but she dislikes being addressed by it. While her siblings are engrossed in a power struggle for the throne, she shows no interest in such pursuits. After Hiro's death, she whimsically resurrects him, finding him intriguing enough to become her servant.
She is more playful than arrogant and remains unfazed by violence. In the manga, she uses her vassals to resurrect warriors for the royal bloodline, while in the anime, she employs the flame of life. Her aristocratic demeanor is evident in her ability to delegate hard labor to her servants without any remorse. She is willing to destroy anything that stands in her way to eliminate an enemy and will use any weapon available, including chainsaws, defibrillators, hammers, or various swords.
Interestingly, she possesses only the physical strength of an average human and sometimes relies on her servants to help her out of dangerous situations or defeat enemies. Despite this, she does not hesitate to save her servants, even if it means breaking rules.
In the 'Princess Rampage' chapter of the manga, she exhibits disgust or fear when Flandre finds a mouse at the end of the chapter. Additionally, she temporarily becomes a half-vampire to save Hiro in the manga chapter 'Princess Blood.' Her relationship with Hiro remains ambiguous in both the anime and manga; it is unclear whether she views him as a love interest or merely a soldier serving the royalty. (Source: Wikipedia)
