Ijin's childhood was stone-cold. Through the many flashback scenes throughout the story, we watch him develop his skills while surviving the camp. He really deserves to be taken care of as part of a loving family, cherished and showered with care as part of his causal Karma.

Ijin is by far the MC I am rooting for of all the MCs I have read - bar none!
