Shigeta, a 24-year-old woman, spends her days working at Tanaka Books and worrying about her love life, or more precisely, the absence of one. Happy Mania was published in English by Tokyopop from April 15, 2003, to December 7, 2004.

This allows for the most awesome understanding of what is going to happen, through the superb foreshadowing.
