I gotta say that the student council president is stupid. She's built a web around herself, but a web is only as strong as it's weakest link, and the currently weakest link has gotta be her. If she goes down, the group tears itself apart. Charm would be great if she could use it on monsters, but judging from the High Orc's thought process that's not happening. So her entire build is focused on warfare against humans, which is kind of useless, as the primary goal should be to fight the monsters. That school of a hundred people is probably so weakened by her charming that the High Orc could decimate them. None of them have brains except for the president, and her combat capabilities are basically zero.
