When art student Takashiro Tsuda decided to exhibit his painting, "Color," in a gallery, he never imagined that an eerily similar artwork would be displayed right beside his own — sharing the same title, no less. Art is supposed to emanate from the deepest parts of an artist's soul, so how could someone else express themselves so similarly to Takashiro? Driven by a desire to find his artistic soulmate, Takashiro enrolls in an art school in Tokyo and meets a classmate named Sakae Fujiwara. It doesn't take long for Takashiro to realize that this is the very artist he has been searching for — the one who created a "Color" so reminiscent of his own. However, there’s a twist: Sakae is a guy! Could such a deep connection between two individuals surpass gender boundaries and evolve into something more?

This was the first boy love story I truly delved into, and it's also what sparked my interest. The narrative is straightforward, yet that simplicity is its allure. It felt incredibly real and authentic. In summary, this is a highly recommended manga - both serious and engaging.
