I don't really know why they wrote him like that... Like someone trying to roleplay a sociopath that is powerful or something, but people who knows him even a little bit pretty much just ignore his antics or find it embarrassing even. From scaring beaten slaved children to that mouth twist on a shit load of panels, it starts to get really annoying man...
