The toughest troublemaker from Hekikuu High, previously expelled for assaulting a teacher, becomes Kitano's self-proclaimed "little brother" after being defeated by him. Known for his spiky bleached hair and lack of eyebrows, he transforms significantly after pledging loyalty to Kitano.
His behavior shifts towards a more subdued demeanor; he no longer engages in frequent fights or skips classes, maintaining a calm exterior most of the time. However, his fiery past resurfaces whenever someone threatens Kitano or himself.
At the series' conclusion, when faced with the revelation that Kitano is actually ordinary, Takehisa's old gang approaches him, urging him to join them in attacking Kitano. Defiantly, Takehisa declares that regardless of Kitano's delinquent status, he remains Takehisa's best friend. He then proceeds to beat up his former comrades with a smile on his face.
