Girl #16 Yuka Nakagawa is a cheerful, chubby girl who takes refuge in an abandoned lighthouse with Yukie Utsumi, Haruka Tanizawa, Chisato Matsui, Yuuko Sakaki, and Satomi Noda.

They come across Hiroki carrying an injured Shuuya. The group decides to take Shuuya in and prepare a stew for him. However, Yuuko suspects that Shuuya intentionally killed Tatsumichi Ooki, despite it being an accident. While preparing soup for Shuuya, Yuko secretly adds cyanide to it.

Yuka volunteers to bring the food to Shuuya. She ends up eating the poisoned meal meant for Shuuya and dies. Her death triggers a violent confrontation among the girls in the lighthouse.
