Second of the Adepts, known as Ground Zero, is a Qwaser who controls the element of Silicon. Wan is an elderly man of Chinese descent, typically seen with his dark blue hair tied into a bun. He wears a white overcoat featuring a red stripe and fastened with a single black button. A scar crosses his face, running over his nose, which he sustained during his childhood. Wan presents himself as a cool-headed and calculating individual, initially appearing to be caring towards his comrades. However, his true nature is revealed through his abusive behavior towards his own soldiers and misuse of his authority. As a teacher, he exploits and seduces girls without any mercy or remorse.
