Tsubasa is a new classmate of Sasha at the new school and was once the holder of the High Circuit known as Magdalena of Thunder. She has dark greenish-blue hair tied in two braids, blue eyes, and is usually seen in a wheelchair. Compared to Miyuki Seta, her breasts are relatively small; she mentioned that when they were younger, their sizes were about the same. Tsubasa wears the uniform of the Roman Curia Surei Academy due to her status as a student.
In the beginning of the series, Tsubasa appears very timid and scared, often clinging to Miyuki Seta. However, as the story unfolds, she starts to exhibit bravery and courage. During the battle with Wan, she even managed to assist Alexander Nikolaevich Hell, although only with the aid of her soma.
