Vaith is the Captain of the Black Knights and one of Sylthfarn's closest friends. Though he can be serious when needed, Vaith generally maintains a lighthearted and playful demeanor.
Upon first seeing Mel, he mistook her for Sylthfarn due to their striking resemblance. Hoping to use this similarity for impersonation purposes, Vaith kidnapped Mel.
Originally, his hair was white. However, after a disastrous mission during the war where all his comrades were killed, he started dyeing it black.
