The daughter of the casino cruise liner owner whom Tsuzuki and Hisoka are investigating. Since childhood, she has suffered from heart problems and has been under the care of Muraki, for whom she harbors romantic feelings.
When she was young, she befriended a flower vendor from Hong Kong named Eileen. Later, Eileen boarded her father's ship but subsequently vanished. It turned out that Muraki had abducted Eileen, extracted her heart, and transplanted it into Tsubaki, who was completely unaware of these events at the time.
Eventually, Muraki revealed the truth to Tsubaki, which greatly shocked her. He then hypnotized her into believing that Eileen's soul resided within her, leading to the development of dissociative identity disorder. As a result, Tsubaki periodically assumed the identity of Eileen.
At the conclusion of the King of Swords arc, she is shot by Muraki, sustaining injuries but not succumbing to them. She then requests Hisoka to end her life properly, which he ultimately does by shooting her in the heart with the same gun Muraki had used moments earlier.
