Appeared in chapter 22, Tomoyuki made his debut via a voice message on his father's answering machine. In the message, he mentioned that due to his work becoming less demanding, he wished to take care of Fumino and Teppei. Chapter 23 revealed that he is the younger brother of Fumino and Teppei's father, making him Fumino's uncle. His intention was to remove Fumino and Teppei from Kazuma's care to keep their marriage a secret. Tomoyuki compelled Fumino and Teppei to vacate Kazuma's apartment and move in with him. He believed this separation would cause Fumino and Kazuma to drift apart as they wouldn't see each other as frequently. Tomoyuki has a relatively short stature for a man and a slim build. He possesses an extremely youthful appearance, looking like he's still in high school despite being 28 years old. Fumino noted that she has known him since childhood, and his face hasn't changed over the years. Despite his youthful looks, he is very strong and is considered a legendary Judo practitioner.
