He was a 10-year-old orphan boy living with Lucy and several other parentless children in a child welfare facility. Along with two other bullies, he relentlessly tormented Lucy daily, primarily due to her physical difference—her horns. He later admitted that it also bothered him how she never showed any emotions. He found joy in making Lucy as miserable as possible through malicious acts, such as playing cruel pranks on her (like spilling milk on her backpack), calling her "horns" as a derogatory nickname, subjecting her to various forms of humiliation, and physically assaulting her.
When he discovered that Lucy had been caring for a puppy, he decided to force her to witness an act of extreme cruelty. He repeatedly smashed a flower vase onto the dog several times just to watch her cry, satisfying his morbid curiosity. Instead of breaking down, a shocked Lucy snapped violently into a murderous rage. Using her vectors, she beheaded him and his accomplices.
